What is this game?

Crosshaul is a 3D logistics puzzle with eight chambers. Choose two hovering cargo cubes and swap only one coordinate between them, preserving each cube’s other coordinates. Height, depth, shelves and screens turn a simple exchange into a routing problem, and later rooms add a fourth cargo.

Rules & objectives

1. Select two cargoes and a world axis, then exchange only that coordinate; both cargoes slide together.
2. Both complete routes must be clear of baffles and other cargo.
3. Match every cargo to its color-and-symbol dock within the exchange allowance.
4. Docked cargo can move again. Rejected or equal-coordinate exchanges cost nothing; undo refunds a used exchange.
5. There is no timer; finish all eight chambers.

How to play

• Left click the cubes/list or use 1–4 to select two; X/Y/Z select width/height/depth; Space exchanges.
• Right drag orbits; wheel zooms; the movement axes stay fixed.
• Backspace undoes, even during travel or after failure; R retries; Enter advances a clear.
• H offers one legal hint; Tab shows rules; F5/F9 save/load; Escape opens the menu; F fullscreen.

Every move solves two transportation problems at once—or solves one while creating another. The satisfying discovery is treating another cube as a carrier for the height or depth you need. A nearly finished cube may be the only useful partner, making temporary disorder part of a clean final solution. Twin movement trails and synchronized docking clicks make the consequences tangible.
