Embertrail is a controller-first 2D platforming campaign with 32 courses, eight island worlds and eight boss encounters. Mote carries the first spark to free bound guardians, ring the dawn bells and recover the stolen Dawnheart before home freezes. Each course also contains an optional underground route and three moon shards, with regional hazards, lantern upgrades and an original soundtrack.
Vesper, the Bell Regent, stole Mote’s village Dawnheart. Mote must carry the first spark across eight islands, break the night collars binding their protectors, ring the dawn bells and bring warmth home. NPC greetings unfold automatically, without dialogue choices.
